No 1 Best Retinol

My No1 Best Selling Skinceuticals Retinol

Having tried lots of different Retinols over the years this is the only one we now stock in our Boutique Salon You-nique Apothecary, it certainly is the most active and was a game changer for my skin. Just thought I would remind you guys why its my no 1 Retinol.

So why do I love it??

It is a concentrated facial cream with pure retinol and  improves the appearance of visible signs of ageing and pores while improving skin tone.

This potent night-time cream features 0.3% pure retinol enhanced with the latest stabilisation and delivery technologies to ensure a steady, even release. Formulated to minimise irritation and specially packaged to preserve its potency, this retinol cream for face helps improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, discolouration, blemishes, and pores by accelerating cellular turnover.

Containing a low concentration of pure Retinol alongside soothing Bisabolol, conditioning Shea Butter and anti-aging Ceramides, this innovative overnight treatment utilises time-release technology to slowly introduce Retinol to the skin in order to minimise inflammation and irritation while using an innovative delivery system based around the skin’s natural lipid structure to aid absorption. When used regularly, fine lines become softer, skin becomes brighter, pores appear smaller and post-blemish marks are diminished.

So what does it do:-
  • Promotes cellular turnover
  • Improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, discolouration, pores, and blemishes
  • Formulated to minimise irritation
  • Specialised packaging preserves retinol potency
  • Ideal for skin new to retinol use

Directions -

If new to this product, apply a pea-sized amount to cleansed skin once or twice a week in the evening (leaving a few days in between) before gradually increasing to nightly usage once the skin has become accustomed to the Retinol content.

For best results, apply a sunscreen as part of your morning routine as Retinol can make the skin sensitive to sunlight.

We do not recommend using a retinol product if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Retinol, also  known as Vitamin A, which is a vitamin found in food and used as a dietary supplement. As a supplement it is used to treat and prevent vitamin A deficiency, were a serum or cream is used topically to resurface and feed the skin. Often these two are used together working on the inside and outsite. Retinol 0.3 is recommended for first-time retinol users, rising to 0.5% then 1% which is equal to 1% presecription Tretinoin, your step up will be managed by your skin therapist.
